Michael Araneta is a Consulting and Research Director for IDC Financial Insights Asia/Pacific. Michael leads the Asia/Pacific Banking Strategies Practice and the Asia/Pacific IT Strategies Practice. Together with IDC Financial Insights' elite team of analysts, Michael regularly engages with the key decision makers in Asia's top financial services institutions. In his consulting role, he works closely with IDC’s research teams and global account managers on custom research and business intelligence assignments. Michael is also responsible for the regional go-to-market strategies of both financial institutions and financial technology vendors.
